Franck Biancheri speaks in conference on ‘Global Crisis: defining the relevant democratic and socio-economic European answers’

On Friday November 28th 2008, in Frankfurt, Franck Biancheri, Director of Studies of LEAP/E2020, coordinator of the Global Europe Anticipation Bulletin (GEAB) and president of Newropeans, will take part in the public debate entitled “{Global Crisis: defining the relevant democratic and socio-economic European answers}”.

This conference aims at presenting and discussing the key components of what could and should be a set of efficient solutions to the current global crisis, both in terms of intra-European policies and in terms of global initiatives. The lack of political anticipation has a direct responsibility in the current global crisis. Therefore political anticipation is now a necessity if one wants to limit the fallouts of the crisis and set up a new global system, sustainable for the coming decades.
